4.1 Ownership: RankAgent.ai retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service and its Content, including all intellectual property rights therein.
4.2 Feedback: If you provide any suggestions, ideas, or feedback to RankAgent.ai regarding the Service, you hereby grant RankAgent.ai a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Service.
5.1 Privacy Policy: Your use of the Service is subject to RankAgent.ai’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.1 Termination by RankAgent.ai: RankAgent.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
6.2 Termination by User: You may terminate these Terms by ceasing to use the Service and deleting your account, if applicable.
7.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RANKAGENT.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RANKAGENT.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10.1 RankAgent.ai reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
